No, we can dispense your prescription from any clinic/doctor in New Zealand.
Is Medicinal Cannabis legal in NZ?
Yes, medicinal cannabis is legal in NZ but only on prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner. Products containing THC are categorised as Controlled Drugs.

How much does it cost?
Medicinal cannabis is not a subsidised medication in New Zealand nor is it for that matter anywhere else in the world.
Depending on the dose your condition requires, costs range from $2-15 a day. Usually no more than a daily coffee and a repeat prescription fee is $45.

Can I drive while using medicinal cannabis?
Prescribing the correct dose of THC requires the specialist advice of your doctor. The New Zealand Cannabis Clinic will also advise and assist with any issues around driving and workplace drug testing.
Will medicinal cannabis show up on a drug test?
THC is the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that produces the high sensation. THC can be detected in a Urine Drug Screen for up to 30 days after consumption.
